It is a part-time position for 24 hours per week to be performed at the reception area at the office of Samsung Electronics in Delft. Here you will be representing the company as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors that pass by the front office desk. You will be handling all day-to-day operations of the front office desk together with your front office colleague. As you are part of a small team, you will be need to be able to multitask and work together, to ensure a swift handling of requests, complaints, information and so on.

Your main responsibilities will include:

– First point of contact for employees, visitors and maintenance
– Welcoming, announcing and registering visitors
– Placing orders (business cards/office supplies/cakes/flowers)
– Handling incoming – and outgoing phone calls, mail and packages;
– Booking both domestic and international couriers;
– Key management
– Preparing and handing out badges to new employees
– Arranging all business travels, including hotels and taxi booking;
– Processing catering requests;
– Various administrative tasks;
– Vendor management;
– Supporting the facility coordinator with ad-hoc facility tasks (e.g. maintenance of the building or checking stock levels);

• Who we are looking for:
– Some years of relevant working experience;
– Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) applications;
– Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize and to meet deadlines;
– Excellent organizational and time management skills;
– Effective communication skills;
– The ability to multitask;
– Living in or in the proximity of Delft;
