PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As a Business & Operation Supporting coordinator, you are the trusted partner for our Country Manager, the Business Support manager and many internal stakeholders. You will contribute to the development and operational execution of our Dutch business.

KEY ACTIVITIES
The Business & Operation Supporting coordinator is part of the SDS NL team located in Delft. The team is a mix of Sales specialists, Logistic Operation and business management functions.

Key activities are:
 Planning & strategy
 Performance management
o Organization (KPI)
o Personal (MBO)
 Strategy activities
 HR/Finance/IT/GA for NL
 Communications management
o HQs & other branches
 Supporting sales and logistic operation
 Achieve growth with existing customers and hit sales targets with new customers

SKILLS
We are looking for a Business Support coordinator with:
 Strong communication skills
 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
 Ability to build loyal internal stakeholder relationships
 Ability to persuade and influence others
 Cultural awareness: you can work in a corporate multi-cultural environment
 Willingness to go the extra mile

PROFILE
 Bachelor or master degree in logistics;;
 Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, additional European languages are an advantage;
 5-10 years’ experience with a passion for supply chain and logistics efficiency
