Hankook Tire Netherlands B.V., situated in Hoofddorp, is in search of an OEM Operations Assistant for a temporary contract, with the potential opportunity for a permanent position. We seek an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a diverse skill set in supply chain management. As part of this role, you will primarily focus on analysing asset receivables, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and enhancing your proficiency in demand monitoring, procurement processes, distribution planning, and reporting.

2. Job Description:

Position Summary:
The OEM Operations Assistant holds a pivotal role in supervising logistics and inventory to ensure a seamless supply of OE products to automotive manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis of asset receivables and resolve associated issues.
• Manage supply chain operations for automotive manufacturers across European countries.
• Execute daily logistics operations, including overseeing goods receipt and issuance based on information from third-party warehouses throughout Europe.
• Analyse and monitor customer demand to sustain a reliable supply process.
• Place purchase orders with manufacturing plants in accordance with demand forecasts.
• Supervise stock levels, inventory aging, and asset receivables.
• Facilitate communication with automotive manufacturers and logistics partners to address issues and handle claims.

3. Qualifications:
• Education: Higher Vocational Education or equivalent academic background
• Professional Experience: Experience in Supply Chain Management, logistics, or analytical roles; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred, with a good command of German considered beneficial.
