Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of the Netherlands is recruiting 2020 Digital Public Diplomacy Supporters to promote friendly relations and mutual understanding between Korea and the Netherlands.


1. Eligibility

ㅇ Dutch and/or Korean national living in the Netherlands

ㅇ Anyone who is able to create digital contents in Dutch and English

2. Mission and Responsibility

ㅇ Create digital contents (card news, webtoon, newsletter, video, vlog etc.) introducing Korea (politics, economy, culture, society), and/or bilateral relationship between Korea and the Netherlands
- The contents should be in Dutch and English.

ㅇ Submit at least one digital content per month to the Embassy, for six months from June to November, 2020
- The contents will be posted on the Embassy website and facebook.
- Specific working methods and schedules will be decided upon consultation with the Embassy.

3. How to Apply

ㅇ Submit a sample digital content to hgyu16@mofa.go.kr by May 17, 2020
- The content should meet the requirements mentioned above.
- Include your name, nationality, occupation, and contact information (phone number and e-mail address) in the email.

4. Announcement and Rewards

ㅇ Maximum four supporters will be selected, and announced individually on May 25, 2020.

ㅇ Souvenir, certificate, and financial rewards will be given to the Supporters at the Completion Ceremony in December, 2020. (date and venue TBC)
- Amount of financial rewards (maximum 300 euros) may differ among supporters depending on the quality and quantity of the contents produced.
