LG Europe Service – B2B(Information Display, Hotel TV, Signage, and display industry) Service Part Leader

The B2B Service Part Leader is responsible for leading the team in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer needs are met.
He/She will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.


What are the major activities?

- Research and synthesize insights from the market, competition, and customers by analyzing market VOCs, sales team inputs, shop visits, customer reviews, social listening, KPI analysis, consumer insights, etc.
- Identify differentiated service, customer experience, and new concepts to strengthen service competitiveness.
- Facilitate service commercialization in cooperation with the sales team, and local subsidiary service team.
- Develop service launching strategies and plan expansion in relation to the target market
- Manage current features in the region and develop new service features
- Main Service contact point between the EU Local Subsidiary B2B Technical Support team and LG Electronics Sales team
- Communication with HQ Service department

What are we looking for?

Who preferably has the following knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
- 4+ years of experience in sales or service in B2B business
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team
- Excellent English communication skills
- Nice presentation skills
- MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude;
