1. Position
- OE Operation staff

2. Role Objective
- The primary objective of this role is to manage logistics and inventory operations for supplying OE products to automobile manufacturers

3. Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the supply chain to cater to automobile manufacturers across European countries
- Execute daily logistics operations, including goods receipt and issuance, based on inputs from third-party warehouses located in other European nations
- Monitor and analyze customer demand to ensure a sustainable supply process
- Generate purchase orders for manufacturing plants in accordance with demand forecasts
- Oversee stock levels, aging, and manage asset receivables
- Collaborate with automobile manufacturers and logistics partners to resolve any logistical challenges and address claims

4. Qualifications
- Education : Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or similar level is recommended
- Professional Experience : Previous involvement in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or related logistics planning roles
- Beginner level is also applicable
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Good command in English is must-have
- Fluency in German is an asset

- Will be decided considering career years and our internal guide

8. Office hours / Working type
- Working hours: from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Place to work : will be present at our Hoofddorp office daily base
- Working from home : currently 1~2 days per week is allowed after training period
