Responsibilities

Collect AR while leading two other AR/credit assistants
Provide support managing and controlling credit risk and communicate with sales team & counterparts
Control/maintain credit related customer data including risk category and other risk related aspects (e.g. credit limit, insurance, payment terms) to avoid bad debts
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/cost accounting and revenue recognition
Support monthly closing process and the generation of timely, quality internal and external financial statements and reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Monitor sales operation & accounting transactions and create RMS (Risk Management System) report
Assist internal & external audit process

* AR/Credit control : 30%, Corporate Management : 50%, General affairs : 20%

Qualifications

HBO (university of applied sciences) or similar degree in finance, economics or business administration
3-5 years of experience in similar position
Fluent in both Dutch & English
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
The knowledge of SAP(FI,CO) is asset
Open mind and good interpersonal skill
Analytical, resilient to stress and no 9 to 5 mentality
