PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The core purpose of this role will be to support IT system, IT Infra and IT projects for our customer Samsung Electronics. This person will be a main responsible person to answer and give feedback to our customer regards of IT system and IT infra

KEY ACTIVITIES
 Main contact person responsible to answer and serve for our customer SEC in regards of all IT related
 Lead and manage our IT engineering and infra team
 Improve and upgrade IT infra and IT security environments for our customer
 Share service result and KPI to customer
 Facilitate and lead approval process for IT infra maintenance or IT related project contracts
 Follow up HQ’s of SDS and our customer SEC IT Infra and security guideline
 Analyze existing IT Infra and security and/or systems, determine operational needs, propose changes, process IT Infra and security by leading this with counter-parties;
 Manage update and enhancement of SDS Software and Hardware

PROFILE - COMPETENCE
For this role we are looking for a candidate with a positive and enthusiastic mindset, passion for IT and string motivation. He/she is a flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality.

We are looking for an employee with:
 7+ years of experience in a relevant role;
 Korean Speaking
 Project management skill
 Knowledge and experience with IT or IT infra
 Relevant IT Infra, OS, server or network certificate would be advantage
 Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative new opportunities and deliver targets;
 A proficient level of English
 Good communication skills
 Open to other cultures and social
 Travelling may be required
