JOB TITLE: Refractory Trainee

CONTRACT: Permanent (3 Months Probationary Period)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (30 minutes lunch break)


JOB Description

Overview
Supervise and manage installations, products in use and after services on customer site to enable Wonjin to provide responsive troubleshooting on site.

Accountabilities;
1. Regular visiting customer sites (Europe / Middle East / Asia etc.)
• Regular visiting customer sites to monitor installation of products and products in use
• Visiting customer site to monitor wrecking of products at the end of campaign
• Regular visiting customer site to monitor stock
• Build and maintain formal and informal relationships or networks of contacts with the aim of building future business.

2. Investigate for development and improvement on application of products
• Communicate with customer regarding application and design progress
• Check customers operational condition to improve products and its performance

3. Producing technical documents or reports and reporting them to line manager
• Share technical information with customers and provide technical reports based on customer requirements
• Providing technical analysis and supporting analysis documents

4. Discuss with line manager in terms of market study
• Report to the line manager on a regular basis and as required on competitor, market, Wonjin’s product in use and any communication from customers
• Communicate effectively with Wonjin’s managers and the customer to identify future business opportunities and provide effective and efficient on site troubleshooting


Requirement;

• Must have good communication skill in English
• Flexible and willing to travel to foreign countries and be inducted to steel plants without any problems
• Degree in Chemical, Material or Metal field is preferable
• Reasonably skilled in Computing as Micro-Soft program (Excel / Word / Power point)
• Driving License
