디자인스폿들과 함께 하는 서울의 대표 디자인마이스 축제입니다.

 디자인 전시, 콘퍼런스, 마켓 등 디자이너와 기업이 참여하는 다양한

프로그램을 통해 기업간 비즈니스 교류의 장으로써 또한 제품을 시장에

선보이는 쇼케이스로서 디자인 산업을 활성화 하고 아시아디자인의 트렌드를

이끌 수 있는 박람회로 나아가고자 하는 목표를 가지고 있습니다. 올 한해

국내·외에서 발표된 창의적인 제품을 만나고 지금 현재 세계를 이끄는 디자인

트렌드를 한눈에 보실 수 있으실 겁니다. 올해의 주제는 Imagine

Tomorrow로 AI가 가져올 일상의 미래를 디자인으로 예측하고 그려보는

시간이 될 것입니다.

 [Seoul Design 2024] is Seoul’s premier design event, organized annually in

October by the Seoul Design Foundation, with the Dongdaemun Design Plaza

(DDP) as its central hub and other design hotspots throughout the city. This

flagship festival brings together designers and businesses through a variety of

programs, including design exhibitions, conferences, and markets. It serves

as both a platform for business exchange and a showcase for new products,

aiming to energize the design industry and set trends in Asian design.

 This year’s event, held in Seoul, South Korea, at the Dongdaemun Design

Plaza (DDP), offers a unique opportunity to explore the most innovative

products from both domestic and international markets, and to gain insight

into the design trends shaping the global landscape today.

 The theme for this year, "‘/Imagine Tomorrow" invites participants to envision

and design the future of daily life as impacted by AI, offering a forward-looking

glimpse into the possibilities of tomorrow."

론칭쇼입니다.

 [DDP디자인론칭페어]는 세상에 없던 새로운 디자인 신제품을 선보이는

론칭 산업전으로 올해로 6회째 개최하는 2024DDP디자인론칭페어는

디자이너와 제조기업의 매칭부터 제품개발을 지원하여 생활용품, 조명,

가구, 뷰티/패션 분야의 새로운 디자인 상품을 선보입니다.

 매년 10만 명 이상의 방문객이 다녀 갈 정도로 정평이 나 있습니다. 뿐만

MoMA등 다양한 유럽과 아시아의 유통 및 언론 관계자의 방문이

예정되어 있어 디자인산업군에 큰 기대를 모으고 있습니다.

 Since 2019, the DDP Design Launching Fair has been Korea's premier

MICE event for the design industry and nation's largest design industry

business launching show, aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of

the manufacturing sector and promoting the design industry. By

matching manufacturing companies with designers (design firms), it

supports the development, marketing, and market entry of design

products. Now in its sixth year, the 2024 DDP Design Launching Fair

facilitates the matching of designers and manufacturing companies to

support the development of new design products in the fields of

household goods, lighting, furniture, and beauty/fashion.

 Last year, in particular, it showcased its highest participation rate with

282 teams matched, proving the growing reputation of the DDP Design

Launching Fair. Through the 2024 DDP Design Launching Fair,

discover the process where the 'potential' of designers is turned into

'reality' by manufacturing companies, and explore sustainable

products.

 The DDP Design Launching Fair, which is in its sixth year, has are

putation as a launching industry exhibition that showcases new and

unprecedented design products, attracting more than 100,000 visitors

every year. In addition, it is also known as Seoul's leading design

business launching platform, attracting the attention of many domestic

and foreign retailers and press. Like last year's event, this year's event

is expected to be visited by various European and Asian retailers and

media representatives, including the UK’s The Conran Shop, the U.S’s

Coming Soon, and Hong Kong’s MoMA, raising great expectations for

the design industry. "
