1) Accounting/HR Manager (Full-time)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting /HR Manager to lead our financial/HR operations in our new Netherlands office. This role will be essential in overseeing accounting activities, ensuring finance compliance, and supporting smooth HR communication between our headquarters and European partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and accounting operations for the European region

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for headquarters

• Manage accounting processes related to revenue, expenses, and inventory

• Prepare tax documentation and coordinate with external accounting/tax firms

• Maintain financial data using ERP systems

• Manage bank accounts and monitor cash flow

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Support and coordinate internal and external audit activities

• Analyze financial KPIs and provide insights to support management decisions

• Support audit process

• Manage HR Process (Netherlands/Germany)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience managing standalone entity financials is a plus)

• Good understanding of IFRS or Dutch GAAP

• Fluency in English and Korean (Both written and spoken)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy

• Proactive working style and strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Exact accounting software

• Background in automotive, machinery, or parts industry

• Knowledge of international financial processes and documentation

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain–related accounting

2) Order & Logistics Specialist (Full-time)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order & Logistics Support specialist to join our new Netherlands office. This role will support our European operations by managing order processing, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient communication across the supply chain. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate order flow and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders for tractors(all around Europe) and spare parts (Germany)

• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers and partners

• Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL warehouse partners, and logistics providers

• Prepare and manage documentation for international shipments

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP systems

• Resolve order-related issues, delays, and discrepancies

• Support SCM process by demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.

• Communicate with European dealers and partners regarding order and delivery status

• Assist in improving supply chain processes and efficiency

• Support daily administrative tasks related to order management and logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics-related role

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English, Korean preferred, but not a must

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the machinery industry

• Familiarity with international shipping documents and Incoterms

• Knowledge of inventory management and 3PL operations

• Experience using ERP system
