영업 지원 담당자는:
유럽 영업팀과 고객, 한국 본사에 중요한 행정 지원을 담당합니다. 이 역할은 필수적인 일일 행정 업무를 관리하고, 영업 관련 정확성을 유지하며, 본사 및 고객과의 원활한 관계를 구축하는 것을 포함합니다. 본 직무는 풀타임 근무가 필수입니다.

담당 업무:
• 구매 주문 관리
• 주문 세부 사항 확인 및 판매 송장 발행
• 영업팀 및 비즈니스 개발담당 지원

• 영업 리드에게 보고

자격 요건:
• 내부 이해관계자 및 고객과의 원활한 소통을 위한 문서작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 고객 정보 업데이트 및 주문 관리를 위한 데이터 관리 능력
• 영업 프로세스 및 제품에 대한 깊은 이해
• 영어 및 한국어 문서 작성 및 회화 능력 필수
• MS Office를 포함한 관련 프로그램 활용 능력
• 네덜란드 거주 및 유효한 근무 허가 필수

우대 사항:
• FMCG 또는 식품 산업 경험자

Job Overview
The Sales Support Associate will provide vital administrative support to the sales team, our clients and our Head Office in South-Korea. This role involves managing essential day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in sales, maintaining excellent relationships with our head office and clients. This job requires you to be at the office full-time.
