Job Overview

The Finance & Admin Associate will provide vital administrative support to Finance, HR, and Office. This role involves managing essential day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and maintaining personnel files, along with supporting the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Support (70%)
  • Process and enter invoices accurately into the system.
  • Handle bank statement reconciliations and related data entry.
  • Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and data summaries.
  
  
• Human Resources (HR) Support (20%)
  • Maintain employee files, ensuring records are up-to-date and organized.
  • Assist in onboarding processes by preparing documentation and arranging resources.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by planning of interviews, posting vacancies, etc.
  
  
• Office Management (10%)
  • Manage office supplies, order replacements, and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or MBO level degree) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, or relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Basic understanding of financial processes and HR policies.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional in English & Korean language (written & verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
